[OSEN=Jang Woo-young Reporter] Actor Yi I-kyung has spoken out about personal life rumors after a month, while the whistleblower has also resurfaced, deepening the confusion.

Mr. A, who exposed the rumors about Yi I-kyung and disappeared after delivering a final statement, reappeared through a YouTube channel. Mr. A claimed to have been in contact with Yi I-kyung since February of last year, saying, “I sent a DM after watching a drama and was surprised when they responded. At first, I didn’t believe they were German, so I asked questions about Germany and even sent a selfie when asked.” Mr. A revealed that the conversation with Yi I-kyung started amicably but grew increasingly inappropriate. He stated, “At first, I was flattered by the actor’s interest, but gradually messages like ‘I’ll XX’ became frequent, which scared me. I decided to go public because I didn’t want other victims to emerge.” Regarding the email sent to the agency in May, he explained, “I sent it because I was shocked by the messages and wanted to confirm if it was really Yi I-kyung. I suspected a hacking incident, but when the actor contacted me, I was certain it was them.”

Mr. A also addressed claims that the DMs were AI-generated, stating, “A Korean friend told me everything would quiet down in two weeks, so I said the DMs were fabricated with AI. Later, when I insisted the conversations were real, I felt burdened that another victim might be blamed for the AI claim, so I posted a final statement.”
