The Northern California labor law attorneys at Zakay Law Group, APLC and JCL Law Firm, APC, filed a class action complaint against Orthopaedic and Neurological Rehabilitation, Speech Pathology, Inc., Orthopaedic and Neurological Rehabilitation, Inc., and EmpowerMe Wellness, LLC (hereinafter, collectively, "Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation and EmpowerMe Wellness") for allegedly failing to provide meal and rest breaks.
