The lawsuit alleges BestDrive, Continental Tire and Contitech violated the California Labor Code by failing to pay employees for all of their time worked.

LOS ANGELES, June 22, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Los Angeles labor law attorneys, at Zakay Law Group, APLC and JCL Law Firm, APC, filed a class action complaint against BestDrive, LLC, Continental Automotive Systems, Inc., Continental Tire The Americas, LLC, Contitech North America, Inc. and Contitech USA, Inc. (hereinafter, collectively, "BestDrive, Continental Tire and Contitech") for allegedly failing to provide employees with timely, off-duty meal and rest periods. The BestDrive, Continental Tire and Contitech class action lawsuit, Case No. CIVSB2312594, is currently pending in the San Bernardino County Superior Court of the State of California.
