The right to switch off

The right to switch off is a concept that has gained traction internationally, particularly in the wake of the Covid pandemic and the rise of remote and hybrid working. Rooted in the need to address work-life balance and the impact of constant connectivity on mental health, this proposed legislation would establish clear boundaries for work-related communications outside of standard working hours.
