A trio of New Jersey hospital workers urged reinstatement of their whistleblower cases Wednesday before a state court panel of judges skeptical that claims over “abusive” bosses should protect employees from termination.
The Inspira Health Network workers were all accused of helping each other add extra compensation to their time cards. But they claim they were told they could do this, and were instead fired for reporting their boss for “aggressive and abusive behavior.”
