Amazon.com Inc., Amazon Logistics Inc., and last-mile delivery workers who say the retailer owes them overtime pay agreed to resolve their wage-and-hour dispute for a confidential amount.
The settlement provides a “reasonable” recovery for workers who delivered packages to Amazon customers through direct employer Inpax Shipping Solutions Inc., according to settlement documents filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
