Ascend Accuses MedMen Of False Claims In Latest Filings - Law360

In an amended complaint and a motion to dismiss counterclaims filed Monday night in Manhattan state court, Ascend characterized MedMen as a dishonest actor that had broken its agreement to sell a coveted New York medical marijuana license after accepting millions of dollars from Ascend during a financially troubled period.
