She’s literally won awards for it, receiving Baker Donelson’s Work Life Warrior award for demonstrating ongoing commitment to excellence in maintaining and advocating for healthy work-life balance. The chair of Baker Donelson’s Labor and Employment Group — and the firm’s general counsel — Davis also won the 2021 Susan E. Rich Award for excellence in promotion and commitment to women in the legal profession.
