Attorneys at Baker & Hostetler and on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Meisel Holdings Managed Services LLC to Florida Southern District Court over alleged employment law breaches. The suit was filed by Florin Gray Bouzas Owens on behalf of Douglas King, who claims he was wrongfully terminated after engaging in protected whistleblower activity. The case is 4:22-cv-10090, King v. Meisel Holdings Managed Services, LLC.
