Blake Lively is taking more action against Justin Baldoni.
As the former It Ends With Us colleagues are caught in an ongoing legal entanglement, the Gossip Girl alum has filed a subpoena for her former director’s phone records, her lawyers Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson confirmed.
Lively—who shares kids James, 10, Inez, 8, Betty, 5, and Olin, born in 2023 with husband Ryan Reynolds—has pursued the filing, her lawyers said in a Feb. 12 statement to E! Newsto “expose the people, tactics, and methods that have worked to ‘destroy’ and ‘bury’ her reputation and family over the past year."
A spokesperson for Lively told E! that subpoenas had already been sent to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile for Baldoni, as well as crisis PR expert Melissa Nathan and publicist Jessica Abel to “expose the full web of lies,” in the alleged smear campaign against the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress.
The spokesperson further emphasized the validity of the subpoena requests, saying the information requested could “provide critical and irrefutable evidence not only about who, but also about when, where, and how their retaliation plan came together and operated.”
