Brendan Fitzgerald Named Co-Chair of Littler’s Labor Practice Group - Littler Mendelson P.C.

COLUMBUS, OH (January 23, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has appointed shareholder Brendan Fitzgerald as a co-chair of its renowned Labor Practice Group. He joins the group’s current co-chairs – shareholders Jonathan Levine and Brooke Niedecken – and succeeds Tanja Thompson, who will continue to focus on her active practice and role as Memphis office managing shareholder.

Fitzgerald represents employers in a wide range of labor management relations matters, from National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and federal court proceedings to election campaigns and labor relations assessments to labor arbitrations and collective bargaining planning efforts. He partners with company leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies for labor relations, along with strong employee engagement strategies that foster positive employee relations. Additionally, Fitzgerald advises multinational corporations on formulating and implementing strategies to respond to global campaigns initiated by labor unions and non-governmental organizations.
