Canadian law firm Blake Cassels & Graydon and the large Canadian bank CIBC are in recruiting mode for their unique “ReLaunch” program, which helps women who have been away from practice for a period of time reintegrate into the practice of law with both in-house and private practice experience.
Each year the firm and the bank choose an experienced transactional lawyer who has taken a career break because of family responsibilities or other reasons, and brings them on for 10 months of client-facing work and mentorship.
