A federal district court in New York granted in part, and denied in part a motion for summary judgment by the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, its Medicaid inspector general and its general counsel, on discrimination and retaliation claims under the New York City Human Rights Law brought by a demoted Black female associate attorney who worked in the office’s legal department.
