The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is entitled to summary judgment on the sexual harassment and hostile work environment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of a Customs and Border Protection employee who had photos—which appeared to show him in a compromising position with another co-worker—taken during training and posted on Facebook, a federal court in Guam ruled.
