A federal court granted summary judgment to JAMHI Health and Wellness, Inc., a non-profit providing safe affordable housing for adults with mental illness, on the False Claims Act retaliation and wrongful discharge claims of an assistant residential services director. The assistant director alleged that he was terminated for making complaints about being asked to edit support service notes, and objecting to the use of restrictive measures to manage residents.
