A former prosecutor is entitled to partial summary judgment on his claim against his former employer, the County of Maui, for an alleged violation of his procedural due process rights when he was terminated after a workplace violence incident and not provided a hearing regarding the termination or allegations against him, a Hawaii federal district court ruled.
