A federal court in Hawaii ruled that a company that develops in-flight entertainment systems for commercial airline carriers is entitled to summary judgment on the wrongful discharge claim of an employee who claimed that he was unlawfully terminated because he filed for temporary disability benefits with Hawaii’s Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
