The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture Forest Service is entitled to summary judgment on a law enforcement officer’s Fair Labor Standards Act claims alleging unpaid wages for cave-related projects he performed before being terminated, and retaliation after filing a grievance, an Oregon federal district court ruled.
