A Pennsylvania federal district court granted in part and denied in part a motion to dismiss made by Pottstown Area Rapid Transit, Inc., C.M.D. Services, Inc., and D&D Collision Services, Inc., against several bus drivers alleging unpaid overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.
