Southern Mono Healthcare District is entitled to summary judgment on a server administrator’s claims of interference and failure to provide leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act, a federal district court in California ruled. He alleged that the hospital interfered with his right to take FMLA leave by terminating him after he revealed that his wife was pregnant.
