Caesars Entertainment was hit with an employment class action Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was brought by the Law Office of Steven T. Auerbach and Friedman Schuman P.C. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:23-cv-00816, Cvijic et al v. Caesars Entertainment, Inc.
