“Support” is one word that came up over and over in employee responses about CSC for the Top Workplaces survey.
“My manager and the team I work with are very supportive,” said one employee.
Another expressed gratitude for support, especially in the past year as the employee’s child struggled with health issues.
Workers said their contributions are valued.
“I feel like I can express my ideas and suggest improvements with acknowledgement,” said one employee.
This environment benefits customers.
“Every day, I am genuinely helping clients get better service and technology from a company dedicated to mutual success,” said one worker.
This loyalty led to CSC winning second place among large companies for Delaware's Top Workplaces.
CSC has been honored on the Top Workplaces list each year since the survey started 16 years ago, but the company’s roots go back much further. Founded in 1899, CSC provides legal and financial services to businesses, with 1,289 employees in Delaware and 3,200 worldwide.
Jackie Smetana, executive vice president of CSC global service operations and human resources, said the company is humbled and honored to be named a Top Workplace.
