Daily Journal has named partners Neel Chatterjee and Koray Bulut Top Trade Secrets Lawyers for 2022. The annual award recognizes California-based lawyers on the cutting edge of trade secrets law.
Daily Journal highlighted Chatterjee’s work representing former Google star engineer Anthony Levandowski in the negotiation of a settlement agreement regarding an indemnity dispute, and LG Ads (formerly Alphonso) in a suit against a rival following a failed agreement in which the rival obtained proprietary information.
Based in Goodwin’s Silicon Valley office, Chatterjee is a partner in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. He has a proven track record of wins in high profile, challenging cases, and has represented some of Silicon Valley’s biggest companies in globally followed disputes.
This is the second year in a row that Chatterjee has won this award from Daily Journal. Among numerous other honors, he has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America Best Lawyers for his work in Litigation – Intellectual Property and Litigation – Patent and Trade Secrets Law 2022-2023, and was selected for inclusion by the Legal 500 in 2021 and 2022.
