COPS are investigating after a female whistleblower in the David Sullivan case found a tracking device inside a mystery toy penguin.
She said a man bizarrely gave her the plushie after contacting her to claim he had information for an investigation into the billionaire West Ham co-owner.

The woman, who was assisting journalists from BBC Panorama and The Times with their investigation into Sullivan, had thought he might be useful.
She said the mystery man — who called himself Mick — contacted her in February via her anonymous online whistleblower account on X.
Panorama and The Times recently published historic allegations from seven women accusing Sullivan of abusing his power and preying on them for sex — some when they were teens.
He denies all allegations.
