Burke focuses his caseload on representing management in all areas of law at the federal, state and local level. His work includes litigation, management labor relations, compliance activities, affirmative action, Title VII matters and wage and hour disputes.
Burke is a sought after employment law lecturer giving talks to national and international commercial and professional groups. He has spoken at events sponsored by the Institute for the Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, the Maryland State and Federal bBar associations respectively and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Loyola College, Burke received a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. He is a member of a number of groups including the Greater Baltimore Committee, Wednesday Law Club, High Technology Council of Maryland, the Maryland Chamber of Commerce — Labor and Employment Committee, the Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland Bar Association.
