Lawyers at Fisher & Phillips on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against FedEx to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, over alleged employment discrimination, was filed pro se by John Randall Futch. The case is 4:22-cv-00072, Futch v. Federal Express et al.
