D.Law, a California employment law firm with approximately 130 employees, announced that it is moving its headquarters to a newly constructed building in Pasadena, the company announced Wednesday in a press release. The relocation consolidates four offices spread across Los Angeles County into a single location.
The firm, founded in 2015 by attorney Emil Davtyan, represents workers across California in employment disputes including wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and workplace discrimination. The Pasadena building was designed by Corsini Stark Architects and built specifically for the company, according to the release.
“Our amazing new home is the culmination of a decade’s worth of milestones for our firm,” Davtyan said in the release. “It’s the vision we’ve been pursuing since 2015, when I launched Davtyan Professional Law Corporation on my thirtieth birthday.”
D.Law has grown rapidly over the past decade. Davtyan started the firm in Glendale, and by 2018 it had nine employees in two offices — Glendale and Woodland Hills. Demand for employment law services surged during the pandemic, the company said, pushing the team past 30 members.
Two acquisitions in 2023 accelerated the growth. D.Law acquired the law offices of Kevin T. Barnes in January and integrated Yeremian Law in August, bringing the team to approximately 80, according to the company.
