An employment lawyer has joined the Birmingham office of legal and professional services business Knights as a partner.

Adele Hayfield brings 16 years of employment law experience, having worked with a range of prominent businesses.

She specialises in senior departures, business restructures and change programmes as well as sensitive grievances and investigations.

Hayfield, who has advised clients across the automotive, logistics, manufacturing and retail sectors, said: "I'm really excited to have joined Knights. It's been so interesting to start getting to know a new and interesting business - pushing outside of my comfort zone.
