Employment Training Programmes - Freeths

We deliver interactive training sessions on a variety of employment issues. These can be delivered on-site or remotely and are designed and led by experienced employment lawyers.

Current training programmes offered are:

Preventing sexual harassment in the workplace:
2-hour case-study based training designed to assist an employer in its legal obligation to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.

Equality, diversity and inclusion:
4-hour interactive training on all elements of the topic, including analysis and management of legal risks, and guidance on culture and allyship.

Managing a disciplinary process:
4 to 5 hour case-study based training for managers covering the whole disciplinary process from suspension to investigation, hearing and appeal.

Managing difficult conversations:
2.5 hour interactive training for managers covering issues such as poor performance, personality clashes, informal grievances and rejecting employee requests.

Managing sickness absence:
3-hour case-study based training for managers and HR, including absence management, reasonable adjustments and termination processes.

TUPE:
2-hour workshop-based training on TUPE, which can be an introductory or expert session, depending on the audience.

Redundancy and re-organisation:
2 to 2.5 hours interactive training for managers and HR personnel involved in redundancy and re-organisation programmes.

Mock tribunal:
Half-day training where you get to experience the Tribunal process...
