The video is being shared on Facebook with the caption, “सऊदिया डिफेंस मिनिसटर हैं.. चीनी नव वरष के जशन में शरीक होने चाइना की एमबेसी आए थे.. चीनी अफसरों ने उनके वेलकम को आतिशबाजी का इंतजाम किया था लेकिन ये मिनिसटर साहब को नहीं पता था.. फिर कया हुआ.. आप भी मजे लीजिए, देखिए वीडियो”

This search directed us to a verified Facebook account of an Arabic news outlet that carried the same viral video on December 13, 2019.
