NEW BRITAIN – The New Britain Public Library will host a former Branford police officer and FBI agent to share his whistleblower story in “The Thin Blue Lie: An Honest Cop vs the FBI” this Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Greg Dillon will share his experience and discuss the hazard of being a whistleblower and the importance of transparency in the government.
Through his presentation he will show playing the whistleblower is no easy role, but makes it clear that sometimes the public has only whistleblowers within the criminal justice system to rely on as the ultimate guardians against wrongdoing by those who stand between us and the criminals around us.
