FedEx Must Face Worker's Overtime Pay Claims in New Mexico Court - Bloomberg Law

FedEx Ground Package System Inc. lost a bid to defeat claims it owes unpaid overtime to delivery workers in New Mexico, when a federal court rejected the company’s argument that the state’s minimum wage act never applies to hours worked out of state.
