Google has released a statement on its blog denying claims of a major Gmail security warning, stating that these claims are false and encouraging users to use passkeys for better security.
"Several inaccurate claims surfaced recently that incorrectly stated that we issued a broad warning to all Gmail users about a major Gmail security issue. This is entirely false," Google said.
Google also encouraged its users to use a passkey, which allows sign-in with a fingerprint or a face scan.

- Make your password longer.
- Use random combinations, avoiding personal information.
- Include numbers and symbols.
- Ensure passwords are unique to prevent hackers from accessing multiple accounts.
