One would raise the state's minimum wage from $13.25 an hour to $15 at the start of next year, a year ahead of schedule.
The Family Prosperity Act extends the earned income tax credit permanently and modifies rules for people with children by expanding the child tax credit.
The Child Victims Act, which does away with the statute of limitations for survivors to file civil lawsuits, will also be signed.
