Harris Beach Murtha has hired Eboné L. Luciano, who has experience conducting federal civil rights investigations, as senior counsel in its labor and employment practice group.
She is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York.
Eboné will focus on employment law and litigation, including conducting investigations; responding to administrative complaints at the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, New York State Division of Human Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and defending employers in state and federal courts. Eboné will also draft employer handbooks, policies and procedures.
Eboné’s experience in investigations includes working for the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights as a supervisory general attorney, mediator and attorney/investigator.
