(Washington, D.C.) – Today, the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) held a hearing to consider the nominations of Karla Gilbride to be General Counsel of the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission and Jessica Looman to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division at the Department of Labor.
