Hillshire Brands Co. must face claims that it duped consumers into thinking certain Jimmy Dean brand English muffin breakfast sandwiches are predominantly whole grain, a federal court in New York said, focusing on the label’s “made with” phrase.
Christopher Wargo challenged the packaging of Delights English Muffin turkey sausage, egg white, and cheese breakfast sandwiches.
