Richard Harris has joined Holland & Knight as a partner with its labor, employment, and benefits practice group in Philadelphia, the firm said Tuesday.
Harris was previously a partner with Littler Mendelson, according to Holland & Knight.
He is a trial attorney who has represented companies in multi-state litigation, Holland & Knight said.
