A whistleblower who sued one of Ireland’s biggest housing associations, claiming he was sacked for raising a litany of safety issues, has settled his legal action.
Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI), which receives millions of euro in public funds, confirmed the man’s case is “no longer before the courts” but declined to reveal further details.
