Housing Executive hit by whistleblowers' allegations of bullying and behaviour that's 'destroyed' relationships with contractors - Belfast Telegraph

Formal letters containing serious concerns sent by two sets of workers as it was ‘only option’ they had left

Two separate groups of Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) employees have sent formal whistleblowing complaints to the organisation’s bosses in which they raise serious governance and bullying concerns.

Letters, seen by the Belfast Telegraph, allege behaviour within the NIHE has “destroyed” relationships with contractors, led to the collapse of multi-million-pound deals and prompted many employees to consider resignation.
