IOAN Gruffudd has filed a restraining order against his estranged wife Alice Evans over fears she will make false claims about him.
According to court documents, the Welsh actor wants his former flame to stay 100 yards away from him and his new girlfriend Bianca Wallace.
Fantastic Four star Ioan is also asking the court to stop Alice, 53, from being allowed to contact the couple.
Ioan filed for divorce from Alice in May 2021 after 13 years of marriage and in a declaration says he told her months before that he was unhappy in their relationship.
The 48-year-old claims Alice - who he shares who shares daughters Ella, 12, and Elsie, eight with - threatened to "destroy me and my career".
In his 113-page application for a ‘Domestic Violence Restraining Order’, he said: “Alice told me verbally multiple times that she would do to me what Amber Heard did to Johnny Depp.
"Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters; she threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands.
"She threatened to tell people I am a drug addict and put me in prison; she threatened to write a fake diary that reflected an abused victim, and to have the diary published; and she threatened to destroy my mother.
