The Irish Revenue Commissioners Feb. 7 issued Revenue eBrief No. 028/23, announcing that the concessional tax treatment of Ukrainians working remotely in Ireland for Ukrainian employers, first announced April 14, 2022, due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, will apply for tax year 2023. The guidance also states that any individual or relevant entity seeking to avail themselves of the concessional tax treatment should continue to retain evidence to support compliance with the qualifying conditions.
