Ninth Circuit Michaels Arbitration Case Will Test SCOTUS Ruling
The Ninth Circuit will soon decide the extent of a US Supreme Court ruling concerning the test to determine when a party has waived its right to arbitration, explain Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr attorneys.
