Based in the Bay Area, Wohl advises and defends clients in California and nationwide on employment law matters, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, privacy and related class and individual actions. He brings decades of experience representing California, national and international organizations across industries, including retail, technology, biotechnology and financial services.
In addition to his litigation practice, Wohl is an accredited mediator with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and regularly serves as a private mediator, helping parties efficiently and constructively resolve high-stakes employment disputes.
