The lawsuit alleges Staffmark Investment and Denso violated the California Labor Code by failing to pay employees for all of their time worked.
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Los Angeles labor law attorneys at Zakay Law Group, APLC and JCL Law Firm, APC, filed a class action complaint against Staffmark Investment LLC, Denso International America, Inc., and Denso Products and Services Americas, Inc. (collectively, "Staffmark Investment and Denso") for allegedly failing to provide meal and rest breaks. The class action lawsuit, Case No. CVRI2203360, is currently pending in the Riverside County Superior Court of the State of California. A copy of the Complaint can be read here.
According to the lawsuit, Staffmark Investment and Denso allegedly violated California Labor Code Sections §§ 201, 202, 203, 204, 226, 226.7, 246, 510, 512, 558, 1194, 1197, 1197.1, and 1198 by failing to: (1) pay minimum wages; (2) pay overtime wages; (3) provide required meal and rest periods; (4) provide accurate itemized wage statements; and (5) provide wages when due.
