The Los Angeles Business Journal has honored McGuireWoods partner Sabrina A. Beldner in its inaugural “Leaders of Influence - Labor & Trial Attorneys” publication.
Beldner chairs McGuireWoods’ national Labor & Employment Department and is the driving force behind the firm’s highly successful California employment law practice. Clients nationwide seek her out as go-to counsel for high-stakes discrimination, wage-and-hour, and traditional labor litigation. Beldner represents management in collective-bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings and at trial before the National Labor Relations Board.
In addition to leading the firm’s Labor & Employment Department, Beldner recently concluded an impactful term as chair of McGuireWoods’ LGBTQ+ Lawyers Network and she has developed and led high-profile firm diversity initiatives. She sits on the firm’s Los Angeles recruiting committee; mentors law students through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity; and serves as a pro bono partner to a nonprofit that improves food quality in public schools.
