Kuala Lumpur-based law firm Zul Rafique & Partners has brought back Janice Wong as a partner in its employment and industrial relations practice group.
Wong started her legal career at the firm in 2008 before proceeding to work at several other law firms, including Shook Lin & Bok in Malaysia. In 2017, she co-founded her own practice, Leong & Wong, where she spent seven years.
“Her experience, particularly in complex industrial relations disputes and employer advisory work, will further strengthen our already top-tier practice. We are delighted to welcome her back,” managing partner Lukman Sheriff Alias said.
With more than 17 years of experience, Wong advises employers on dismissal disputes, employment advisory and industrial relations matters. An adjudicator at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), she also specialises in litigation and corporate restructuring.
