McLane/Suneast Inc. is free of most allegations in a wage-and-hour dispute, but its warehouse workers may try again on a few claims, a federal judge in California said.

Warehouse worker Robin Murdock filed a would-be class case alleging the food services firm, which does business as McLane Co., ran afoul of multiple California labor laws. None of her eight claims can go forward at this point, but she can try to fix up three, the US District Court for the Central District of California said, dismissing the other five without leave to amend.
