Today, the global workforce spans four distinct generations:

  • Baby Boomers (1946–1964);
  • Generation X (1965– 1980);
  • Generation Y (1981–1996); and
  • Generation Z (1997–2012).

Each of these cohorts brings unique experiences and perspectives to the workplace.
