New Hurley law on lawyer coverage for town employees, officials draws objections - The Daily Freeman

HURLEY, N.Y. — The Town Board has adopted a law that will provide attorney services for employees and officials sued for actions taken in their official capacities — a move that drew objections from a former town supervisor.
